A Welsh version is also provided for £350 + VAT (with a Welsh translation provided by the NHS translation service with which we will liaise before creating a Welsh version of your site). During the first year, you will receive free maintenance of the site, enhanced security checks and unlimited updates. Furthermore, we will incorporate eConsult, askmyGP or MHOL to the site. Likewise, forms can be added to the site for patients to complete such as new patient registration forms, self-referral forms, etc. Your surgery or cluster site can be as current and as detailed as you want it.

Yes. Our sites are easy to navigate on either a laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Our sites are not static either so we can adapt your design to accommodate what you want on the site. We will also incorporate eConsult, askmyGP or MHOL to the site. Our most popular service package is the enhanced package which means we take care of everything for you. Obviously, we ensure that security is enhanced using the HTTPS protocol which should always show a padlock when the site is visited (depending on the web browser). Moreover, all software upgrades are undertaken and we provide full monthly usage reports to you. All you have to do is simply email any website updates to us such as GP monthly statistics or health board updates and we’ll update the website within 24 hours.
Of course, if you want to have a new domain we can direct your old domain to point to your new website. In addition, our support team are able to provide any help that is needed here.
